Step One:
Complimentary Consult Call
Let’s ensure we’re the perfect fit! In our free initial consult call, we’ll go over your wedding logistics, explore your inspiration, and answer any questions you have.
Step Two:
Customized Proposal
Following our conversation, you’ll receive a crafted proposal with all the details. If it meets your expectations, simply sign the contract and pay the retainer within a week to reserve your date.
We’ll then embark on the planning journey, discussing your inspirations, important relationships, and color schemes. If needed, we’ll also prepare a mood board, timeline, and personalized photo list.
Step Three:
Wedding Day
On your wedding day, we’ll be there to capture every cherished moment. Starting with the details—like your rings and invitations— then we'll transition to the intimate moments as you prepare. Clear communication is essential, so we’ll be in touch throughout the day to ensure we seamlessly document all the key events.

Step Four:
Details & Delivery
Every image is thoughtfully refined with an artist’s touch. Sneak peeks may be available within 72 hours, offering a glimpse of the magic. When your online gallery is ready, typical between 3-4 weeks out, you can easily download, share, and print your cherished moments. For a truly timeless keepsake, we also craft personalized albums to guard all the precious memories.
